The Goose Tracker App is designed to provide real-time vehicle location tracking services using GPS and related technologies. The App is intended solely for lawful vehicle tracking purposes.

You agree to use the App only for legitimate and authorized purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or using the App under the supervision of a legal guardian or authorized entity
  • Have legal authorization to track the vehicle associated with the App

3. Account and Access

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register or be provided login credentials.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account
  • Not sharing access with unauthorized users

4. Location Services

  • The App uses GPS and other location-based technologies to track vehicles.
  • The App does not collect or track personal mobile device location data of users.
  • Location data accuracy depends on GPS signal, network, and environmental conditions.
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or uninterrupted tracking service.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

  • The App does not access sensitive personal data such as contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
  • Vehicle location data is used solely for tracking purposes.
  • Security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Data may be shared only when required by law or with user consent.

6. Acceptable Use
